In order to recover stronger from COVID-19, we need to listen to Vermonters. This summer, I’ll be doing just that as part of a statewide Recover Stronger Tour.
Vermont has led the nation in COVID-19 vaccinations, but in many ways, our recovery is just beginning. While in some instances we know the impact this pandemic has had on our families, businesses, and communities, in many other instances we are still learning. I am eager to understand how this pandemic has impacted your business, family and community and the additional resources needed to not only recover but recover stronger from COVID-19. I am also eager to take stock of lessons learned from this pandemic and capture stories of innovation, perseverance, and resilience. Throughout this pandemic, our communities, non-profits, and innovative businesses have often served as laboratories for creative solutions to some of our most pressing challenges. We can’t let these lessons pass us by.
I hope you will join me for a conversation in a community near your or take a moment to share your pandemic story or recovery idea directly with me through our contact form. You can also follow along at @LtGovGray.
I look forward to hearing from you and seeing you in your community.
