Building a World Beyond War

This is a full-day,  action-oriented conference. It  will feature keynote presentations by David Swanson, 2017 Nobel Peace Prize nominee, and Pat Hynes, Director of the Traprock Center for Peace and Justice. Thirteen Vermont-focused workshops will cover topics from nuclear weapons, financing a peace economy, militarism in our lives, and the internal and external effects of war. Every workshop will seek to answer the question: What will it take to build a world beyond war?

Lt. Governor Zuckerman is scheduled to speak at 3:15.
